Editor’s note: I may be the last person on the planet who hasn’t made no-knead bread yet. But this bacon cheese-bread looks so amazingly delicious that I think my time has finally come. Cathy at Noble Pig puts her own spin on a recipe from the book Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day, adding bacon and extra-sharp cheddar cheese--two things I always have in my fridge. -- Jane
