Finally, some progress!

As lame as it sounds, I was actually kind of looking forward to weighing in this morning. I was 100% on-plan all week long, and I knew (regardless of what the scale showed) that I did my best. There was nothing I would have changed about my choices this week.So when I got on the scale this morning, I was pleased to see that my hard work paid off: I didn't weigh in last week, but from two weeks ago, I'm down 2.5 pounds. . . .
