Last Week:2 couch-to-5K run/walks (2/3)No official core/diastasis repair work (0/7)Did not pick out a race to train for. (0/1)Went on at least three walks around the neighborhood, but since they were with all three kids they didn't cover much distance.Thoughts: It was great to be outside running/walking again. I enjoyed feeling the muscle fatigue, although the run/walks left me extra tired by the end of the day. . . .
