Last Week:3 Walks (30-ish minutes/2 miles)0 Core MuTu WorkoutsWell, this is embarrassing. ZERO of my MuTu workouts that take only 15 minutes total each day and can be split into two 7 minute workouts?The truth is that I really do have the time to fit those in, but there is also truth to the fact that the moments where all 3 kids are occupied to the point where I can do my workout remains slim and unpredictable. I REALLY dislike starting a workout not knowing if I will get to finish it. . . .
