[Editor's Note: One way to ensure you always have a diverse set of family meal options available is to organize a freezer swap with friends. This group of friends tried out this technique last Fall, and each ended up with 10 meals to serve on nights when they didn't have time to cook. Though this post refers to their October swap, check out the recipes from their December swap as well for even more ideas! --Genie]
Freezer Meal Swap
Four of my friends and I got together and decided we would cook and swap freezer meals.
