While speaking to a friend who is a white collar employee of a grocery store chain he said they are not choosing to carry many gluten-free products. I said there is a market and they are losing out on profits. His reply was that only 1% of Americans have Celiac Disease.I responded that people are quitting wheat or gluten for reasons other than Celiac Disease.Also that if one person in a family goes GF such as a child often the whole family just quits. . . .
