Goal for next week

Because I lost 4.2 yesterday, if I can even lose 1 pound, I will get a 5-pound star at my next meeting. That would be a great goal. But a stretch goal would be to lose 2, so that even in the evening with all my clothes on, my BMI would be under 30.Obviously I can't directly control the number on the scale, but I can control what I do for the next week. . . .
