GOOD NEWS: in the last 6 days, my ankle has survived 60 miles of running and hiking, at least 8k of elevation, a track workout, and a double summit sprint. (And, most impressively, an LNDP in hightops to Thong Song radio with the housemates). Because what else would you do with a Thursday night when you own this many wigs and neon accessories? . . .
