When I was asked if I was interested in a Hellmann's® campaign, of course I jumped at the chance. When I was given my recipe to try, I’ve gotta admit I was a little nervous. Dijon, and apricot jam, and mayo..all together? My kids are never gonna go for this…

But, I made it and guess what??

My family actually liked it! If we ever get more than 4 thumbs up, I am thrilled.
