[Editor's Note: I am not exaggerating when I say I could eat deviled eggs every day and not be unhappy about that. But...the fact remains that it's tough to call them a healthy snackthey're usually loaded with saturated fat, thanks to the mayonnaise mixed in with the egg yolk. But this version manages to sound decadent while taking a healthier approach, thanks to the substitution of Greek yogurt for that mayonnaise in the filling. Bacon Balsamic Deviled Eggs
And to say they are new and improved is a huge understatement. Gone is the mayo and layer of Paprika. Instead we have bacon and balsamic glaze! That’s right, Bacon Balsamic Deviled Eggs! They are phenomenal and I am definitely not exaggerating!
