[Editor's Note: I am not exaggerating when I say I could eat deviled eggs every day and not be unhappy about that. But...the fact remains that it's tough to call them a healthy snack—they're usually loaded with saturated fat, thanks to the mayonnaise mixed in with the egg yolk. But this version manages to sound decadent while taking a healthier approach, thanks to the substitution of Greek yogurt for that mayonnaise in the filling. Check them out as a possible holiday party appetizer! --Genie]

And to say they are new and improved is a huge understatement. Gone is the mayo and layer of Paprika. Instead we have bacon and balsamic glaze! That’s right, Bacon Balsamic Deviled Eggs! They are phenomenal and I am definitely not exaggerating!

Hello! I'm printing this recipe out. No need to worry about the saturated fat in good quality organic mayonnaise. Everyone needs more fat in their diet for proper brain and metabolic functioning than we are lead to believe. Low and no fat diets are bad. Read "The Skinny on Fats" at http://www.westonaprice.org/know-your-fats/skinny-..., make these Bacon Balsamic Deviled Eggs and live worry free! Thanks so much for the recipe, Fondly, Robin

This reminds me of the bacon-flavored coffee I saw at Cost Plus last weekend. RT blogher Bacon Balsamic Deviled Eggs http:\/\/t.co\/APp3Q7ZG

I love making deviled eggs - but without the bacon. It's my go-to item to take to parties. Those are a lot prettier than mine end up.
