I’m not a huge seafood person (even though I have a tasty seafood recipe coming on Friday), but I really do enjoy shrimp. It doesn’t matter how it’s cooked…steamed, grilled, sauteed, baked, breaded, coconut…it’s all good. What I love even more is shrimp dipped in a big bowl of cocktail sauce. . . .
