In honor of National Running Day, I thought I would take this opportunity to share a few of my self-gathered thoughts and tips on how I manage to keep up with a running routine during pregnancy. First and foremost, I always must start off these posts by saying that if you are pregnant, to check with your doctor before performing any exercise routine, especially if you are unsure as to whether it has negative or positive impacts on your pregnancy.
