[Editor's Note: I'm always on the lookout for recipes that will help make my mornings easierI am definitively a breakfast-eater, but sometimes don't have time to make something as I'm rushing out the door. I'm always, however, happy to do a little prep up-front if it means my mornings will go smoother, and this recipe is a great example of how to do that. Do this work ahead of time, and sure enough, you'll have a grab-and-go option that is cheaper and healthier than anything you can get at the drive-through. --Genie]
Homemade Freezer Breakfast Burritos
My goal was to make these breakfast burritos low calorie – mine ended up being about 190 calories per burrito. Calories will vary based on filling choices as well as the tortillas used. Oh, and these burritos cost about $0.44 per burrito, not bad!
