Nuts have been called “the perfect snack.” They’re tasty, filling, and according to the Mayo Clinic, contain healthful fats that lower cholesterol, reduce the risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes, and even lower the risk of obesity. Since nuts are so good for us, I’ve been looking for ways to include more of them into my diet. This led me to try experimenting with nut butters. . . .
