Huggable Throw Pillow Tutorial
[Editor's Note: Just when I had finally convinced myself that I did not need any more throw pillows and my kids had met their stuffed animal quota for the year those crafty ladies over at Kojo Designs go off and ruin everything. How am I supposed to resist the charm of an embroidered huggable pillow? Sure this project is technically for kids, but it is cute enough to go in an adult living room. The tutorial is super easy to follow, even for a novice seamstress. There are lots of great tips like this one: "Stuff the tube with polyfil and pin the unfinished open edge along the right side of one of the main pieces. I pinned mine at an angle so that the ‘arms’ would sit right and not stick out at a ninety degree angle.”
