Planning a trip to London? Don't miss this local gem - just a short walk from Buckingham Palace. Kids, especially, will love it, as proven by the post's accompanying photos:
"The British Museum was simply amazing. I think Jeremy and I could have spent all day there. It’s home to the Rosetta Stone, stone carvings from the city of Ninevah, Parthenon sculptures, and so much more. We were both amazed at everything this museum contained and that it was free to enter. It also contained real mummies which we all found to be a bit cool and creepy at the same time. It was quite interesting reading about the mummification process. They even mummified animals!"
