Low Calorie Pumpkin Muffins with Streusel Topping
The taste of pumpkin is present, but doesn’t take over, and it captures the taste of the season. They are slightly sweet and the streusel topping pumps up the flavor and the nuts add the needed crunch. I double the amount of streusel, because I believe one can never have too much streusel.
