Make Your Own Baker's Twine
By A Step in the Journey on June 05, 2012
[Editor's Note: Baker’s twine has a lot more uses than just wrapping up baked goods. I used mine to make a cake pop display for my sister’s bachelorette party. If only I had read this clever tutorial by Laura Beth of A Step in the Journey first I could have made my own baker’s twine rather than buying some. I have string and I have markers – according to Laura Beth I don’t need much more. Now why didn’t I think of that? - Jen]
I’m curious what you use your baker’s twine for? Do you use it in scrapbooking? Baking? Card making? Laura Beth used her DIY baker’s twine to attach cards to gifts. She had this to say about her love of the twine:: "I have been drooling over all of the baker's twine projects I've been seeing lately. Haven't you? It comes in SOOO many delicious colors, and can be used in a multitude of ways"
