As the facts begin to emerge, we see that much of the furor over the Tuam home for mothers and babies is being inflamed by anti-Catholic sentiment. It turns out that the home was built on the site of a famine era work house. Forensic evidence needs to be collected from the site in a systematic manner before any firm conclusions can be drawn.
