Morning Meditation: Living with Intention

My alarm went off this morning at 4:55 a.m. and I was woken from a very deep, restful sleep that I haven’t been experiencing too often lately. All I wanted to do was sink back into that deep sleep but I had a client to train and a class to teach so I got my feet on the floor and started moving…slowly. Usually after I’m up for about 5 minutes, I’m up but this morning was different. . . .
