Happy Motivational Monday, everyone! I have had a really great week--I've been counting every bite of food that I eat, I've only have two sweets/desserts this month, and I've gotten in 10,000+ steps every single day this month. I wasn't deliberately trying to get in 10,000 steps, but once I got the Fitbit, I felt really motivated to keep up with my friends' steps. . . .
