TRX One day I happened upon an indoor cycling class at my YMCA that was going to be a special demo class. Instead of the normal hour cycling, it was going to be 30 minutes long and then 30 minutes of TRX. I had never tried TRX before, but I was excited to try something new — especially something that was going to work my core, because after going to the P!nk concert in January I’ve been trying to work more my core more. . . .
