Do You Share Graphic Health Information on Facebook?

I'm not ordinarily as open, graphic or unflinching in things I post on Facebook as I am in things I blog or Tweet about. I'm always honest, but I try to balance that with an eye toward whether I'm likely to swerve into TMI territory and make my friends and family uncomfortable.

For instance, I've blogged more than once about times when I puked on myself or pooped my pants. But I don't feel comfortable or appropriate talking about those instances on Facebook.
