Not enough running

After the half marathon at Tyranena last November I kinda stopped keeping track of my miles. I did enough to make sure that I’d have a swell time at the Tinker Bell Half Marathon in January (and I did!), but otherwise, I spent my free time doing other exercisey things. Group cycling (an all-time favorite) TRX (holy crap is this difficult) Kettlebells (okay, so it was only once, but I loved that demo class and I’d go if my YMCA offered it) BodyPump CX WORKX (core work and more core work) Yoga After falling down in 1996 while walking my dog to the mailbox (I slipped on ice) and breaking my leg where the tibia and fibula connect down by my ankle, I have a strict rule about running outside in the winter. . . .
