I don’t like to waste things, Halloween pumpkins included. Of course we always roast the seeds, but the last few years I have been using the entire pumpkin for puree. Canned puree is good, and definitely convenient,but homemade is easy to do and like most things, MUCH better than its canned counterpart. . . .
