Sunday, May 4 (21 weeks, 6 days) Breakfast – Breakfast pizza (1 flatout wrap, 2 eggs scrambled with turkey sausage, and 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar cheese) Lunch – Butter lettuce, croutons, and Olive Garden bottled dressing Dinner – Pulled pork sandwich and doritos at a friend’s birthday picnic (cupcakes were at the picnic but I didn’t end up having one) Monday, May 5 (22 weeks) Breakfast – FlapJacked banana hazelnut pancake Lunch – 2 sandwich halves (chicken salad and vegetable), 2 pickle spears, and 2 cookies (work luncheon) Dinner – cheese and a few appetizers, side salad, chicken entree, and chocolate cake dessert (work dinner) Tuesday, May 6 (22 weeks, 1 day) Breakfast – green smoothie: frozen pineapple, frozen banana, banilla yogurt, milk, peanut butter, and spinach Lunch – chips and queso, 2 cheese enchiladas, and 1 beef taco (lunch with Neal at Uncle Julio’s) Dinner – salad with tomatoes, cucumber, croutons, and honey mustard dressing Wednesday, May 7 (22 weeks, 2 days) Breakfast -
