Sunday, June 29 (29 weeks, 6 days) Breakfast- 2 eggs, 2 slices of Ezekiel bread with coconut oil, and iced coffee Lunch- 1 large apple and greens smoothie from Jamba Juice Dinner- 1 Applegate turkey dog on a potato roll with ketchup, mustard, and a pickle, salad, and cherries Monday, June 30 (30 weeks) Breakfast- 2 eggs and 1 slice of Great Harvest cinnamon bread Lunch- Grilled peach glazed chicken, mint peas and asparagus, and a zucchini and corn cake from The Green Spoon Dinner- 1 Applegate turkey dog on a potato roll with ketchup, mustard, and a pickle, salad, and cherries Tuesday, July 1 (30 weeks, 1 day) Breakfast- 2 eggs, 1 slice of Great Harvest cinnamon bread, and cherries Lunch- Greek salad with grilled salmon from Chef Geoff’s Dinner- Salad with grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, and Ken’s light Ceasar dressing Wednesday, July 2 (30 weeks, 2 days) Breakfast-
