For the majority of my adult running career, I have been a treadmill runner.  It’s not ideal at all but working full-time and commuting left little daylight to hit the streets.  Instead, I was a constant presence on my gym’s treadmill.   I have even done 18 & 20 mile marathon training runs on the treadmill.
