Pull ups and why I probably won’t return to CrossFit

On Saturday (after 5 solid, exercise-free days) Ritsa “CrossFit and Pull Up Extraordinaire” and I ran 2.5 miles and then I attended a CrossFit class in my hometown. The warmup was exhausting (I had to hold a squat for what seemed like an eternity and jump rope for 3 minutes). The workout was frightening but the coach was awesome and kept giving me modifications (although I think it was because he was afraid I would crush my baby). . . .
