Purple Goddess Salad!

What makes this Skinny Purple Goddess Salad so good is something you can’t see in the picture: my homemade Honey Dijon Vinaigrette dressing, which takes two minutes to make and tastes good on just about everything. I just had this for lunch today with some crumbled feta cheese added, it’s high fiber, high protein, and the purple cabbage is high in Potassium, Vitamin C and Vitamin A. Can’t you just feel your skin glowing? . . .
