Quick Circuit — Get In and Out in 18 Minutes

The 30-day burpee challenge is going strong but, as the number of these kickers increase, my need to break them up does too. Wednesday was a day for weight training, but also a day short on time — so I put the burpees into a quick 5-part circuit that created a super workout in just 18 minutes. It goes like this: 10 burpees 20 resistance band side-steps 20 plank rows with heavy weights 20 lunges with medicine ball rotation 8-10 squats with single arm curl and press (each side gets 8-10) rest 30 to 60 seconds and repeat 2 more times I finished in 18 minutes, but you could do extra sets to extend your workout time. . . .
