Second Thoughts on Taking a Multivitamin

Long-time readers may remember the post where I talked about why I wasn’t going to take my multivitamin any more. At the time the iron content in them was making me sick (literally) and I thought I was receiving enough minerals and vitamins from my diet. No offense to the doctor providing me the input to stop taking it at that time, but when she asked if I ate healthy, I said “yes.” There was no further discussion beyond that, except for a mention that I should be eating fruits and vegetables. . . .
