There is something really lovely about simplicity when it comes to food. Yes, I can enjoy dishes that are filled with complex ingredients and impressive presentation, but sometimes all you need are a few simple items to make a delicious treat. Fresh tomato, basil, and mozzarella: does it get better than that? Yes: if you add a drizzle of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a touch of salt and pepper.
