Skinny Asparagus Artichoke Salad!

Isn’t this bright salad beautiful? There’s no lettuce in it, I added some fresh basil leaves around the plate for flavor and garnish, but the base of this is just chopped steamed asparagus and artichoke hearts with a lemony, light Ceasar dressing. You can make this all veggie (On Weight Watchers, this entire salad pictured above, without cheese, is only 2 points!), or add a lean protein and/or cheese if ya like- a little mozzarella, goat, feta or Parmesan cheese would be yummy. . . .
