Skinny Greek Seven Layer Dip!

I just made this up, it took less than ten minutes to make and it’s a creamy and delicious, healthy twist on the traditional seven layer taco party dip (which I also love). This is another great thing to serve at a game day party (Superbowl!), you don’t have to tell anyone it’s healthy, it doesn’t taste “skinny”- it’s loaded with flavor. You can serve it with pita bread or chips or just eat the whole bowl with a spoon like I did today for a filling lunch, yum. . . .
