There's an organized way to swap, and if you invite good soup makers, you're guaranteed to end up with six delicious soups and the recipes to make them at home. From a quart of soup, you can expect 2-4 servings, depending on what else you serve with it, and whether it's a skinny soup or one that's closer to a stew or chili.
