Special Occasion Entree: Crown Roast of Pork
Have you tried making a crown roast before? It's something I haven't attempted, but, if you're a carnivore, it's a spectacular centerpiece to a holiday meal of any kind. Liz of Emma Eats wows her family with a crown roast of pork, which she describes as a very simple, but dramatic, entree. It would make a great star of the show for a Mother's Day dinner this year, especially served with an assortment of fresh seasonal vegetables from your local farmers market.

It’s always a good thing to have that recipe in your back pocketyou know the onethe one that you’ve made so many times that you could do it in your sleep and the one that everyone raves about each time you serve it. In our house, that go to recipe elicits cheers from Emma. Probably appeals to the princess in her. It’s a crown roast of pork.
