Today’s smoothie features: Frozen rhubarb, about a fourth a cup, maybe a little more. I do like tart. Frozen strawberries, about a cup fresh black raspberries, somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 a cup handful of spinach about 1/4 cup of Kale Plain whole milk yogurt, probably about a third a cup Choice Organic Lemon Lavender Mint Tea, oh my goodness, yes we will do this one again, mmmmm, hmmmmm, ahhhhhh. . . .
