A Tight Report

For the last month, I’ve been fighting the tight in my ass and calf. In case you forgot (I sure didn’t), I developed two unruly muscle knots at trigger points in the two aforementioned body parts courtesy of some overly tight muscles, some lazy glutes, some muscular imbalances and some faulty body mechanics. Thanks to a variety of treatments and drills, both knots are REALLY close to fully gone AND I feel like I’ve addressed many of the underlying issues that led to my muscle knots in the first place. . . .
