Washington Post Collects Nigeria's PR Money Then Satirizes President Jonathan's Op-Ed

Last week, I posted [here] an Op-ed by President Goodluck Jonathan which originally appeared in the Washington Post under the title - Nothing is more important than bringing home Nigeria’s missing girls.Today, that newspaper proved that the article was a paid-for PR piece when a member of their own editorial team wrote a rebuttal to Jonathan. Karen Attiah slammed the president with a satirized version of his own puff-piece which contained hard-hitting facts of ways in which his administration have missed the mark in dinding the missing girls.There was also the revelation that the Nigeria government is paying a US PR company $100,000 monthly to launder their image internationally. What a shame! . . .
