As much as I love the fall, there’s nothing better than a beautiful spring weekend after a long winter. I kicked off the long weekend Friday morning with a fabulous workout at the gym. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical, lifted weights, and then spent about 15 minutes stretching. . . .
