I’m happy to say that my second week of training has gone well. I did all my workouts, and even though my total mileage was about the same (23.5 miles), I increased my long run as scheduled. I did switch it to Saturday again, mostly because we got such a late start that I knew I wouldn’t make my yoga class. . . .
