Yesterday while driving in my car alone I had some thoughts about leadership. Some things are happening (or not happening) that made me think of these things.When I say organization I mean any type of group, whether it's an employer or nonprofit organization, youth organization, anything that a person is a part of. It could be a team or a Boy Scout Troop, it could mean anything.The difference between just a member and a leader is the member is a follower. . . .
