Why Runners Need to Strength Train (cyclists, triathletes, cardio queens too)

So I recently called out some fellow runners for being mushy marshmallows. After all, running – although good for your cardio, respiratory and skeletal systems – doesn’t do much to build muscle. If you can’t make it to one of my (or any other qualified trainer/instructors’) excellent conditioning classes, at least build some strength on your own. . . .
