Editor's Note: If you only leave one comment today, let it be on a food blog. The thing that makes food blogs superior to cookbooks is the comment section, with people detailing their experience -- as well as any changes -- making the recipe. The Kitchen Magpie has a post explaining why you should always return and leave a comment after trying the recipe. After all, don't you read and rely on the comment section of food blogs to determine what you're going to try to make? --Mel
We all look to see if anyone had success with the recipe, we also look to see if anyone did a version of our recipe and has something interesting to add! There are tons of variations of my Best Buttercream Icing recipe listed in the comments, with people sharing everything from whiskey to lemon flavor! It makes it so much more interesting for everyone.
Do you read the comments on food blog posts? Do you go back and leave a comment?
