Workouts and Commuting

When I lived in NYC, I lived on 20th street right on the East River. My morning runs varied but if I had about 45-60 minutes, I would run to the East River path (which now looks much more beautiful than it did when I lived there) and run to the Brooklyn Bridge and back. I was distracted by many things along the run from intramural sports on the field at the East River track, kids playing all types of sports on various fields and the views of the Manhattan, Williamsburg and Brooklyn Bridges. . . .
