Every January we begin our year with a 21 day Daniel Fast in order to seek the Lord’s direction for the year and to commit our hearts and minds to Him. The Daniel Fast is an intentional sacrifice of all food except fruits and vegetables. Rice (whole grains) and beans are okay too but no dairy, no sugar, nothing fried or processed, etc. . . .
