This is the first time I've let myself talk publicy about the things that challenge me, in life... I have an amazing husband and four beautiful children (age ranges 20 all the way to 4). I come from a long history stacked full of abuse and addiction. I am determined to stand in the way of Co-dependency, PMDD, Autism and ADD. I was told, blogging does wonders for self emotional therapy....Let's do this...I'm ready to be well....quite frankly, "well"!!
