Waking up every morning and firing up my Apple I find myself reading the CBC website - hunting for nuggets of Canadian news. The last few days - when I am pulling on capri pants for my sojourn to the gym, and opting for hoodies and vests rather then full winter garb - I can't help but feel for my Canadian brothers and sisters. The temps in the upper left hand corner of the CBC site tell me that most of my home country is still submerged in sub-zero temps.

I guess I was feeling a touch of kinship last night, because after work, and a trip to the market I rushed home to throw together a great vegan chili.

I thought sharing might be a nice idea!!
