Even though it is November, the weather here has still been up and down. It was recently in the 60s after being quite cold for a week or so, so I took it as an opportunity to wear a beloved thickly-woven linen shirt with a pair of worn-in cowboy boots and an orange lace statement necklace for a bit of an impact.
Sometimes on a day off, while running what sometimes seems like an ever-expanding number of errands, I dress more for comfort. I have a few pairs of cowboy boots, and I love to throw them on with a pair of relaxed, boot-cut jeans and flowing top, which give me the ease to move around and look pulled together without being too fussy.
As always, I love to add an unexpected piece. This orange lace bib necklace was made by Jill of Classy With A Kick, who is a dear friend of mine! Be sure to check out her shop - she sells amazing Lace Bib Necklaces and other statement pieces in so many different colors that you are sure to fall in love with! Her construction is flawless, and her necklaces have even been featured in Glamour Magazine!
